Cindy is amazing at her job. She has your best interest at heart and is with you every step of the way. She educates you on how to prepare your home for selling and then also educates you on how to be a better buyer. She is kind and very responsive no matter what time of the day or night or day it is. When I was beginning the search for my home, I jumped online to start looking. It can't be that difficult, right? Well, after 5 "dream" homes and 5 phone calls to agents only to find that I was too late and offers had already been made, I was beginning to realize it was more difficult than I thought. I reached out to Cindy, and she listened to everything I wanted, even made a hand written list of my "must-haves" and my "nice-to-haves" to make sure she found me a perfect home. She was completely transparent in the process and so responsive. She even routed out several properties to look at in one day (some that hadn't even hit the public online sites yet)! She not only saved me time and effort, but also saved me money because of complete knowledge of the industry. She knew exactly what to look for and what to shy away from. Met Cindy at an Open House on Sunday. She certainly has her stuff together. I found her to warm, inviting, informative, highly professional and sweet! From the minute I started asking her questions, I could tell she was a warm, caring individual that will help me find the perfect home! If you don't have an agent, look no further!!! We have looked at multiple properties, she LISTENED to my needs and then looked for the homes that would meet those needs. I have tried a few other agents, all of them tried to upsale me, didn't listen to me, weren't prepared when we looked at homes, and seemed uninterested in anything but selling me a home.
