My wife and I were in need of a local realtor to assist with selling my parents acreage in Nebraska City. Deb Bennett with NP Dodge came highly recommended by one of our realtor friends in Lincoln. Deb and I met and developed a plan for some upgrades to the house and set a listing date. She even checked on the progress of the updates while my wife and I were away for an extended vacation. The acreage was listed and sold within 3 weeks. Deb provided prompt feedback on showings and assisted with developing some stipulations to the sale as I requested. The whole process was very smooth and turned out better than I had ever hoped. We highly recommend Deb Bennett.
