Doug has been a licensed realtor since 2013 and has closed over 17 million dollars in real estate. He is a full-time agent licensed in Nebraska and Iowa. In 2021 Doug started offering high-definition video walk throughs for every listing. He also personally shoots high dynamic range photos for each listing. In 2022 Doug Received his Federal Aviation Part 107 Unmanned Aerial License to fly drones for commercial purposes. Now each of Doug's listings get drone photos and drone video. “Having the creative control when it comes to listings has really led to a better final product” says Doug.
Doug graduated from the University of Illinois at Springfield with his bachelor’s in business management while serving in the Army National Guard. Doug has built his real estate business developing lasting friendships and trust with his clients. His business has included representing sellers, first-time home buyers, and investors. He is known for going above and beyond, not only to make sure the transaction goes smoothly, but also to help clients with the logistics of their move. No one works harder to get sellers top dollar or help a buyer find the perfect place to call home.
Doug and his wife Laura live in Whitehawk with their two kids Dakota and Jakob. In his spare time he enjoys hitting the gym, gaming, traveling, flying RC Helicopters and airplanes.
