About Me

Jill Anderson is a native Nebraskan and graduate of the University of Nebraska-Lincoln. She began her real estate career in Arizona in 1996. While in Arizona, Jill successfully ran her own commercial real estate company with the support of her husband. In 2004, she and her family returned to Nebraska. She began her career at NP Dodge as an Assistant Manager then advanced to Broker Manager, General Sales Manager, and now serves as President of the Residential division of NP Dodge Company.

As president, Jill works closely with the division’s managing brokers and executive team to ensure all agent services, educational resources, marketing, technology, training, and relocation are operating at the highest levels to sustain the Company’s culture of agent development, empowerment and success.

Jill serves on several committees with the Omaha Area Board of REALTORS® (OABR) including Governmental Affairs, Board of Directors, Safety Committee and is a director on the Foundation. Jill received the Crystal Achievement Award for leadership, commitment, and dedication in 2020 from the OABR. She also serves on the License Law committee, Board of Directors, and Governmental Affairs committees for the Nebraska REALTORS® Association. In addition, she has earned the C2EX (Commitment to Excellence) and AHWD (At Home with Diversity) certifications through the National Association of REALTORS®.

Jill understands the needs of real estate professionals. She has trained and coached hundreds of real estate agents and continues to be very involved in the process for new and existing agents joining the NP Dodge family.

Outside of real estate, Jill enjoys spending time with her husband and their two kids attending numerous sporting events together, donating time to charities, spending time with friends, and she is an animal lover.
