TO ALL IN NEED OF HELP ON REAL ESTATE MATTERS: As I made the decision to sell my home and move into a Senior Living situation, I was in the market for a real estate agent. I took a recommendation from others and contacted John Hanson of N. P. Dodge Real Estate. It was the best decision I could have made. John was wise, helpful, understanding, informative, and the list goes on. He knows the market well and he was happy to tell me everything I needed to know to make the tough decisions ahead of me. As we walked together through the tough market of Nov. and Dec., 2013, he advised and encouraged me every step of the way. When my house required a little in the way of repairs he knew whom to call and took care of all the details. In short, without John's knowledge, understanding, and upbeat attitude I could never have realized a successful home sale, at a price that pleased me AND the buyer.
