I met Nanci for the first time almost 13 years ago. My husband and I decided it was time to buy a house. We were referred to Nanci by one of my best friends. My friend told me that Nanci would shoot me straight and would not give up until my husband and I found the house of our “first-time home buyer” dreams. And boy, did we sure make her work on that one. We saw over 75 houses…a lot of them I would walk in the door and say “Nope” and away we would go. And then it happened...through much patience and guidance, Nanci helped us find our first house that we made our home in May 2007. In August or September of 2018, we decided it was time to upgrade. We were ready to sell and ready to GO BIG! Nanci was the first and only person we thought to call. We got her over to our home and she took a look around and told us “You have a lot of work to do”. We groaned, moaned, fought it, but Nanci stayed on us for months. She would check in through phone or email to see how we were coming on de-cluttering, painting, etc. She was patient, yet gave us that push that we needed to finally get moving. Now comes July 2019. We are FINALLY ready to put our house on the market and look for our new dream house. Because of the guidance and direction from Nanci, we got an offer the first day OVER asking price. We did not have to sit and wait for months or even weeks for our house to be sold, it was go time. Nanci immediately started setting up times to see houses in our desired area. Even those that I would love, she would caution about certain things. She ALWAYS wants the best for any client she is working with. Within no time, Nanci showed us THE HOUSE. We made an offer in July 2019 and in August 2019 we moved into our forever home. Throughout it all, Nanci was with us every step of the way. She made sure we felt good about our offers, walked us through the home inspection, made sure that all the paperwork was ready to go and most importantly, she always checked in to see HOW we were doing. She is the BEST at what she does and an INCREDIBLE person to boot. Thank you Nanci for everything. Mike and I are grateful for you!

As first time home buyers we found ourselves in the middle of the complex housing market, somewhat unsure of how to navigate all it's challenges. All we knew was that we were hoping for a home in a certain neighborhood and within a certain price range. A friend recommended that we contact Nanci to help us through the process and we could not have made a better decision. Nanci was so helpful as we viewed properties, using her years of expertise to guide us in what to look for and what questions to ask. She helped us patiently wait for a home that we liked to go down in price and called us the day the price dropped to take a closer look at it. Once our offer was accepted she referred us to two fantastic inspectors who came quickly and did thorough work. Nanci advocated on our behalf as we made final negotiations with the seller and made the process very simple for us. She was easy to get in touch with when we had questions, quick to reply to messages, and very flexible when scheduling walk throughs, inspections, and meetings, even on weekends and evenings. We are so appreciative for her honesty and guidance as we went through this process. Nancy is a great agent to have in your corner. We highly recommend her to anyone searching for a home. With an offer on our house in California, we had only a week to find a house in Omaha. We were referred to Nanci Salistean and what a boon that was to our search. In an intense seller’s market, with Nanci’s guidance we were able to maximize our time and efforts as properties were literally selling overnight and new properties were constantly popping up on the MLS. We were quickly able to boil down our list from forty to four or five houses and after just missing on our first offer we found a great house in a nice central location and were able to make a successful offer (and at a low interest rate, again thanks to Nanci’s bank suggestion).
