Raised in Nebraska City by two midwest parents, Paul learned the value of honesty above all else, putting client’s well-being before one’s own, and providing positive outcomes by working hard and smart.
Paul has spent his entire career helping clients get what they want. With over 5 years of experience in real estate and a few decades of other self employed experience, ranging from high-end corporate management recruiter, to owning a boutique wedding video company. A believer in lifetime learning, he enrolls in numerous training classes each year to incorporate up-to-date concepts and techniques for his client’s benefit.
Paul provides Real Estate services to both buyers and sellers who value a dedicated, creative and thoughtful approach which leads to successful outcomes. Be it downsizing, a home with room to raise a family, finding the perfect piece of land to build your dream home or investment properties. Paul limits the number of active clients, so he may dedicate the time required to provide each with superb service.
Paul has served his community in volunteer Board of Director positions with his local Chamber of Commerce, regional Tourism Agency and a Fine Arts Council. He has acted as a lay pastor, sharing the gospel at a Senior Assisted Living Facility and a faith-based food distribution ministry.
