Relocating from an acreage in a small town in Southwest Minnesota to the Omaha area, being a homeowner myself, and experiencing first-hand the difference between agents (both positive and negative), has taught me that a home is more than just a place to live; a new home is where new adventures and life-long memories are created…and the agent really can make all the difference!
I’m Summer Stearns, my passion is helping people, and real estate allows me to do that! I am excited to announce that I am a Realtor with the NP Dodge Real Estate family! As the oldest family-owned real estate company in the United States, NP Dodge agents have been helping families with their real estate needs since 1855. Prior to real estate, I spent many years in education, assisting children in finding their love of learning and helping to grow their passions, while building and maintaining relationships along the way. My commitment to professionalism and my enthusiasm to help others allow me to connect with my clients while providing them with the best services available.
When I’m not assisting real estate clients, I enjoy spending quality time with my family and friends. My husband and I, along with our three children, can frequently be found relaxing in our pool, boating and fishing on a lake, hiking in nature, bonding with our pets, or having family movie and game night. I absolutely love what I do, and I love making my clients real estate goals a reality by being there for them from the beginning to closing, and beyond!
