Hi,

Thank you so very much for visiting my website. I am so JAZZED to be part of today's EXCITING and every changing real estate world. I have always enjoyed helping people and now that I am a licensed Realtor in Nebraska and Iowa, I would love to opportunity to assist you with whatever your home needs may be. I have over 25 years of social worker experience which makes me an excellent listener, good problem solver with superb negotiation skills. I grew up and graduated from Nebraska City High School and still have strong ties with the community. The past 33 years my husband and I have raised our 5 children while living in Southwest Iowa. I am very familiar with the towns and surrounding communities and will be able to assist you with whatever your real estate needs may be.

Becoming a real estate agent has been a long time dream of mine. I attended Randall School of Real Estate and after getting my license I have continued to attend classes and different trainings to further my knowledge of the real estate business. We would like to thank you from the bottom of our hearts for all you did for us! When we first came to Shenandoah to look and think about relocating, we called and looked at a home we had seen online only to go and look and it was a complete disappointment and we went back to our hotel discouraged. After giving Teresa an idea of what we were looking for she got right on it. She suggested some homes and set up an appointment time to look inside. The appointment turned out to be later in the evening, however, she came and showed us a home we fell in love with. We now own that home. Teresa knew we were on a deadline to get back to Nevada and Teresa went above and beyond in getting us into our home in Iowa. She is the best of the best! She is always kind, caring, prompt and easy to work with. When we get the keys to our new home, she had left us a gift which is priceless to us. We would highly recommend Teresa Hardy to anyone looking for a home. She made our relocation a lot easier than we expected and feel so blessed to have had her as our real estate agent.
