Terry O’Toole went over and above all standards of professional realtors for our family. We needed to sell the home of my brother who passed away in May. He left his house to his three surviving siblings. Each one lived in a different state. It was a very complicated transaction. Terry designed a closing good for the sellers and buyer where we all signed and then overnighted them to the next signer. He walked each one is us through it on the phone. Terry also helped us with practical things, like removing yard waste when the hired yard company didn’t show up. Through it all he was attentive and good humored . We give him our highest recommendation .

When my husband and I were starting to look for acreages in Iowa, we began going to open houses and met Terry O'Toole. We knew immediately he would become our agent as we began our search. He was always accessible and responsive to any properties I found as well as providing me with numerous options. Terry helped us tour quite a few properties and was more than willing to answer our questions and make sure we found just what we were looking for. When the perfect acreage came on the market, we had to move quickly because there were some other interested buyers but Terry quickly closed the deal for us. He continually kept me informed of all the details involved while going through the process and created a seamless experience for my husband and I. When we decided to sell our acreage and move closer to kids, I didn't hesitate contacting Terry to assist us in selling our home and have continually recommended him to others.

Terry accepted the long distance challenge and guided my new home search by internet and telephone. When we found my townhouse he solved a semi-complicated legal process of buying. He helped me again. He arranged an experienced paint contractor and cleaners to remove it. On the day I arrived in council Bluffs from Texas Terry was there to officially introduce me to my new home. I had purchased on-line, sight unseen. I love living here. Terry is a thorough, thoughtful real estate agent, and an all-around nice guy!
