Traci is a Southwest Iowa Realtor, raised and residing in a small town 25 minutes from Council Bluffs. She is a member of the Southwest Iowa Association of Realtors, and her passion for the community comes from years of doing business with people she grew up with. Buying or selling a home or property is big, emotional, exciting, and complex--especially in the current market--and Traci is an expert with those elements. In addition to working in real estate, she is also a published wedding photographer since 2010, where she has been guiding people through planning and executing big, happy days, bittersweet moments, and lots of complex details. As a business owner, Traci is professional and very creative, compassionate, and organized--but also quick to laugh and able to find positives in almost any situation! She excells at problem-solving and managing details, protecting and meeting her client's goals in any way she can. Being involved in life's monumental occasions has a way of creating strong relationships, and she doesn't take that for granted. Many of her clients have remained friends, and Traci loves to laugh and catch up with those she loves! She also has a passion for food and cooking, growing vegetables, home renovation projects with her husband, and especially spending time with him, their dog, and their cattle.
