However, accepting an offer does not mean that all the work is done. After the buyer's appraisal and inspection, there were small to-do's that needed to be dealt with. As I was not living in the house, she was the one who took control of those issues, and engaged the appropriate professionals to address each concern in a very expeditious manner. At that time, she was a guardian angel, finding us a general contractor who could do the renovations for us that we wanted to take the 'rental' out of it and make it a HOME again. After that (and her ALWAYS keeping my updated on how things were going), when the house went up for sale, Ashley kept us updated weekly on activity by email without fail - and called me every time she had a showing with a feedback on responses of the viewers. She also provided feedback from other realtors who showed the house. This helped a lot! She provides excellent advise, but allows you to make your own decision - but I advise you to follow her advice. In negotiations, Ashley is NOT a pushover - she will not give your interests away! Ashley is my realtor forever."
