When we decided to make a move to Omaha from South Florida, we knew what neighborhood we wanted and what size house we needed, but we did not have the ability to shop around in person. We hired Greg to represent us long distance, and we’re extremely happy with our decision to do so! Greg went to an open house at the home we ended up purchasing and presented our offer to the seller within hours of the showing. Our offer was accepted that night! Greg assured us the house was as good as it looked online and shared his few concerns with us honestly and professionally. We were able to secure our loan and close in a matter of weeks. The process moved very quickly and Greg was with us every step of the way. He was super thorough and professional, and made us feel so comfortable buying a house we had never set foot in! We met with Greg and John Kraemer on May 1st, and discussed our house, the market dynamics, pricing strategy, and the "Punch List" of items we needed to work on. We listed the house on June 8th and it sold in 5 hours (read that sentence again)! We got a higher price than we expected. Both parties were happy and satisfied with the deal, and they very diplomatically worked with the other family's realtor and resolved all issues and concerns. The house closed on July 14th and we closed on our new property two weeks later. All transactions were handled electronically because we had already relocated half way across the country. The house we bought was in high-demand with several offers in its first day listed, and John's professional connections with the seller's agent helped our offer to be selected and at the right price. Greg was wonderful to work with when my family recently moved to the Omaha area from out of state. We weren't able to come view homes in person, and Greg took the time to get to know us and the details of what we were looking for in a home and sent us a very detailed list of homes that fit the description of what we said we wanted. Greg was willing to drive to homes we liked and video them for us to see since we couldn't be there in person. When we got discouraged during the home buying process, Greg talked to us and made suggestions of homes in areas of town that were what we desired and in kid friendly areas. When we liked two homes in two areas of town that were far from each other, Greg drove to both in one day to video them for us. That same day, Greg shared with us a home that had been listed for sale that morning in another area of town and went and videoed that one for us as well. We decided we wanted to put an offer in on the home that day, so Greg put together the offer for us and it was accepted that night! I am so thankful Greg was our realtor, I was very confident he had our best interest in mind and was honest and open with us throughout the home buying process! I should also note we are first time home buyers and Greg made the whole process seem very easy and low stress. His reputation in Omaha seems to be great, as one of the local mortgage lenders we spoke with asked who our realtor was and when we told her it was Greg she quickly said that we were in good hands and noted he is a great negotiator. I'll also note, being new to the area we don't know many people, so when our car battery died the week after we closed on our home, we called Greg and he was more than willing to come help us - just another testament to his character. I hadn't met John when I started working with him--he had been recommended to me through my new employers. I have to say, I couldn't have wound up with a better realtor. My husband and I knew what kind of house we wanted, but neither of us ever lived in Omaha (or Nebraska for that matter) so we had no idea what the neighborhoods were like or where we would want to live. We found a bunch of houses online and sent John a list of what we were looking for, and what price range we could afford. We got into town and John had been kind enough to map out our day of house hunting. We found what we wanted that afternoon, put in an offer, and had it accepted that very day! John was able to arrange for us to get it inspected the next day--on a Sunday! I couldn't believe how quickly and efficiently everything happened. It must have taken a lot of planning on John's part, but he made everything look effortless. John was also friendly and engaging, and we had a lovely time looking at properties around Omaha. I can't believe that we found exactly what we were looking for! I can honestly say we found our dream house. I know we'll be here for a long time--but if we ever move, I will be calling John to help me with that, too. I can't recommend him highly enough.

We had the pleasure to work with John Kraemer on many occasions. He was a great help in both buying and selling homes. While relocating to Oklahoma from Omaha, John went above and beyond to help get us out of our home during a down market in Omaha. This is an individual who works tirelessly for his clients and goes well beyond a business relationship to get results. What started as a contract ended in a friendship for which we are forever grateful. We have a level of respect and admiration for John that goes well beyond a realtor/seller situation.

I can't express how much my wife, Amanda, and I appreciated all of the work that John put into getting our home sold. I was out of town and it was very frustrating for me at times to know that I wasn't much help to Amanda. It was very reassuring to have John on our side and know that he was taking care of things. I have always had a lot of respect for John and hope to be as great of a family man as he has always been. Anytime anyone asks me for a realtor, I have always told them John's name and will continue to do so.
