You gave us helpful guidance regarding how the home should be prepared and then developed a successful strategy to get us a good price. We had a signed contract after just 3 days on the market. Much faster than we expected for sure. There were several issues to navigate through the process toward closure. Each issue you lead professionally, managing every needed negotiation. We found tremendous confidence to leave things in your hands--that needed to find resolve.
